We work with people who are in receipt of benefits and assist them to access good quality, sustainable accommodation. We support individuals to overcome barriers to independent living and a settled lifestyle and enable them to access any support they may require. We want to attract private landlords who in the past would have viewed such tenants as high risk. We provide a hassle-free property management service to landlords who may want to let their property to households in receipt of Local Housing Allowance, but are confused by the time consuming and bureaucratic nature of the benefits system. Our staff are fully trained on housing and homelessness legislation, tenancy law
